• 概述General

FZW32-12/T630-20型戶外高壓隔離真空負荷開關(guān)是由我公司和西安高壓電器研究所聯(lián)合研制、開發(fā)，并由我公司生產(chǎn)的新一代高壓電器產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)嚴格的型式試驗和試運行考核，各項技術(shù)性能指示全部達到GB3804和IE標準，適用于額定電壓12KV、額定電流630A、三相交流50Hz的供電網(wǎng)絡中。

FZW32-12/T630-20 type outdoor high voltage isolate vacuum load switch was researched and developed by our company and Xi’an high voltage electrical appliance research laboratory. Then our company is the first manufacture new high voltage electrical appliance products. Through series testing and long time running examine, each technical indication all have reached GB3804 and IE standard, So it is used in rated high voltage 12KV, rated 630A and 3-phase AC 50Hz electrical supply net.

• 工作原理Working elements

負荷開關(guān)是由隔離刀和真空滅弧室這兩大組件組成，隔離刀承擔了合閘和分閘時絕緣作用，真空滅弧室承擔熄滅電弧的作用。

隔離刀是由彈簧過中機構(gòu)進行合分閘操作的，過中彈簧提供了隔離刀合閘時所需的能量，并保證了真空滅弧室在分閘時熄滅電弧而不受人為因素的影響，真空滅弧室在隔離刀的分閘過程中，有快速機構(gòu)提供滅弧室的分閘速度。隔離刀的三相聯(lián)動操作確保了滅弧室的分閘同期性。

The load switch is composed by isolating knife and vacuum arc suppression, the isolating knife is taking on the insulator function when switch on and off, and the vacuum arc suppression is taking on crush out arc suppression function.

Isolating knife switch on and off operating by spring system, And the spring system provide the power that was needed by isolating knife switch on and off, make sure the crush out arc suppression is not effected by human fact when the vacuum arc suppression is switch off. There is a speed system was provide the speed of switch off of the explosion chamber when the vacuum explosion chamber in proceeding of the isolating knife switch off. The 3-phase linkage is making sure the explosion chamber switch off in synchronicity.
